As a lighting manufacturer for hotel and hospitality, we understnd that the cutom made lighting need color/finish sample, and shop drawing, even one totally sample for confirm before mass production. But, we all know that, the shop drawing and samples will take us much time and investment. So, our policy for new customers, we have to get deposit or drawing/sample fee before we make that. Of course, when you order, we will consider to share the investment with you, if you are seriously pleased to cooperat with us as a long term partner. please understnd and note the policy.

1, What is the Price?

Answer: It is the best pirce that you can get it from us, because we are the China lighting manufacturer who has more than 20 hotel lighting producing experience. We all know that "MADE IN CHINA" means good price with nice quality now around the world. And all the lighting will shipped from China lighting factory directly at EXW factory price normally.

2,What normally Lead-time for our order?

Answer: The order normally is 25 days after get deposit. Exactly, the production time is up to the lighting craftworks and quantity. when you make a specific order, we will confirm all details for you.

3, Can you make the custom made lighting meets the UL, CE, VED, BS, CUL, SASO request? And the voltage to be 110V-130V, or 220V-240V ?

Answer:  Yes.  We make the cusotm made lighting for the clients aound the world. We understand that and all our electric parts of lighting can meet the request for different countries, just let us know what you need, when you order.

4, How about the payment:

Answer: in order to high-effectively support our customer, we accept EX-Work factory price, FOB, CNF, CIF etc. trading items. And normally 50% deposit, the balance before shipment, of course, negotiable for old customers.

5, How about the shipment:

Answer: it is full supported by sea and by air, and by express by DHL, UPS, Fedex, SF etc. We have comprehensive shipping solution for our customers’ projects. Just let us know what support you need for the shipping, our shipping team will make a perfect shipping solution for you.
